You can also mark topics it must never answer. VectorFAQ reads all of it and uses only that material to reply.

An endpoint is one question box with its own set of answers. Sign in, open My account, and go to the Endpoints tab. Give it a name and a short web address (the endpoint path), choose which websites may show it, and click Create endpoint. Then add your answers and put the box on your site.

Open your endpoint, go to the URLs tab, and add the pages you want it to read. VectorFAQ reads each page and uses that content to answer questions your Q&A doesn't cover. Add a page again whenever it changes, or let it follow links to read a whole section of your site.
