How may we help you?

What data can we add to VectorFAQ?
You can enter Q&A manually, upload a Q&A list, review suggested questions, add URLs for retrieval, upload files, and define topics that should be excluded from customer self-help.
Can VectorFAQ suggest questions for us to answer?
Yes. VectorFAQ can recommend questions that should be answered, then your team can approve answers and add those Q&A pairs to the repository.
How do customers access the self-service experience?
VectorFAQ provides a managed endpoint that can be connected to a button or link on external and internal webpages.
Can we control what AI is allowed to answer?
Yes. You can add instructions and excluded topics so the endpoint avoids subjects that should not be handled through customer self-help.
How is VectorFAQ sold?
Customers subscribe monthly or annually for endpoint management, customization, login access, and the hosted AI self-service answer system.
What happens if the AI gives a wrong answer?
Admins can correct or remove any answer from the portal, add excluded topics, and configure escalation routing so uncertain questions go to a human.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Your Q&A pairs and uploaded knowledge are yours — request an export at any time and the VectorFAQ team will provide it, so there is no lock-in.
Do you train AI models on our data?
No. VectorFAQ uses retrieval only — your content answers your users' questions and is never used to train models.
What uptime can we expect?
Managed endpoints run on redundant, serverless AWS infrastructure that scales with traffic and has no single server to fail.
What happens when we reach our monthly query limit?
Endpoints keep answering. Once your monthly included volume is used up, questions are served with basic text search instead of AI-powered matching until your next month begins — upgrade your plan if you need more.
